Web User Interface
Calendar; Copy Job
Overview:
Great news! Users can now effortlessly duplicate or copy a job directly from the calendar. Alongside the existing functionalities like Edit Job, Open Job, and Generate Quotes, this new feature allows users to efficiently create a new job based on the criteria of an existing one. This enhancement streamlines the job creation process, providing users with added flexibility and convenience.
Calendar Events
Overview:
Events on calendars are now required to at least have the note field populated. This will allow the event on the calendar be easier to view on the calendar.
Service Ticket PDF
Overview:
We have enlarged the PDF view of Service Tickets making it easier for users to review the details prior to sharing.
Jobs Documentation Folder
Overview:
We transformed the 'Forms' tab within the job section into 'Documentation.' Now, alongside Forms and Form Images, users can associate files with a specific job and sync them with the mobile device user interface. This feature empowers users to effortlessly attach and share pertinent files related to each job
Attaching Support Document
Overview:
When attaching files to an entity such as Jobs or Assets, we have provided the option to multi-select files to help users attached more than one file at a time.
Mobile Sync Setting for Jobs
Overview:
We've introduced a new setting called "Mobile." This setting now governs the synchronization of Jobs, Crew Timers, and Calendar Events. Users can now customize how and when these elements are distributed to their mobile devices, giving them greater control over the mobile experience.
Form Submission User Interface
Overview:
The form submissions view linked to a Job or an Asset has been upgraded to incorporate a table view. Moreover, users can now observe a counter indicating the number of question responses with a particular colored response, providing insight to the responded pass/fail questions in a specific form submission. This enhanced user interface not only offers increased functionality but also grants users easy access to crucial details.
Mobile User Interface
iOS Syncing
Overview:
In this release, we have removed our iOS syncing banner. Previously, this banner gave users the impression that they needed to wait until the sync was completed before proceeding. Now, users can view the progress of a sync by tapping on the syncing changes button located in the tools area of the app. As an additional update to our syncing process, we've introduced a label on the sync button displaying the date/time of the last successful sync, along with a label underneath indicating if there are any pending changes on their device. We are committed to ongoing refinement of the technology and data packaging methodology to continually enhance syncing performance.
Multiple Forms on Tasks
Overview:
Tasks can now contain more than one form. This will provide additional flexibility users and their specific tasks.
