What’s New:

Web Application

Enhancements to Forms

- Forms is becoming a more powerful tool! We have added some often requested functionality to make it easier to create and manage complex forms :

o Ability to edit the JSON code and reinsert it back into the form

§ This will allow our technical users to quickly update using tools like find/replace, copy and paste, and code-based adjustments.

§ Includes a GUID generator to create new form question IDs.

o Ability to save changes as a draft/ revision

§ Forms will no longer be pushed live when they are previewed.

§ Allows for a published and a revised version of the form.

§ Published forms can be copied and revised.

o Custom fields can now be populated over into forms

Activity Tab on Work Boards

- You can now access the activity component that is on the task modal as well as asset and inventory profiles from the Work Boards tab.

- General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.

Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)

ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.

- New “Offline” mode. In the past users have had to turn their entire phone to airplane mode in order to keep their Redlist app from attempting to sync in areas of low connectivity. Now users can set the app into offline mode for specified periods of time while they work in remote areas. This should allow users to:

o Have greater control over their data syncing

o Preserve battery life in remote area

o Increase performance of the app when making large quantities of updates on the mobile device

- Redlist has partnered with Intercom to provide a new experience when you reach out for assistance on your mobile device. Intercom provides a centralized customer service portal driven by AI. This experience will include:

o Knowledge Base Articles around commonly asked questions and experience walk throughs

o Redlist communications to customers for alerts and product releases

o Intake and tracking of issues and enhancement requests

o Customer service communication

o Issue Escalation

- Enhancements to scanning and creating assets

o NFC and Scan will now allow you to link immediately to an asset when reading a code that is not already linked.

o You can now favorite asset templates that you use frequently to create new assets or update existing ones.

- General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.
