What’s New:
Web Application
Support of Pivot Tables in Job Quote Templates
- Redlist will not be able to process calculations from pivot tables prior to the generation of the job template PDF.
Forms Enhancement- Multiple answer dropdowns in custom fields
- You can now create questions in forms that are based on your custom fields and have users give multiple answers from those dropdowns.
New Lubrication Management Specific Experience
- We now have a lubrication management specific experience in both the mobile and web applications. Some of the highlights of this experience are:
o Navigation labels that are specific to lubrication management terms
o Non- Lubrication management menu options are no longer shown
o Asset, Component, and Task screens give you more options for managing maintenance from fewer pages
- The Lubrication Management Experience is intended for customers that use Redlist solely to manage their lubrication maintenance. Talk to your customer success representative to see if this new experience would work for you.
- General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.
Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)
ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.

Gallery View for route setup
- We are creating a more visual way to build and manage your collections of assets and components. Our Gallery View will allow you to visualize:
o Groupings of Assets, groups of assets, and components
o Show asset and component profile images with easily viewable galleries of associated pictures
o Move assets and groups around in your facility hierarchy
o Pulling template photos in as profile images if no profile image has been taken
o Consistent view of the notification icon on each page
