What’s New:

Web Application

Asset Tracking: Check In/ Out

- You can now track your assets using our timers feature.

o Assets may be checked onto and off a job using the check in /out feature.

o Reports are available for you to show when specific assets are on a job.

o Assets status will show on the Asset Calendar with an indicator of when it is on a job.

o Makes is easier and more intuitive to plan your asset allocation across jobs and to see what assets are available for a job.

Saving Certificates as Drafts

- You now can start a certification form, save it, and return to complete it later.

o This will support complex certification processes that span multiple days with multiple instructors.

o Drafts are available on the certification itself and can be accessed by anyone with access to that certification.

Attachments on Work Orders

- Attachments are now supported directly on work orders so that you can maintain files that are associated with that work order in an easy to access location.

General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.

Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)

ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.

List View for Route Completion

- Our new List View for task completion allows a user to see more detailed information with fewer space given to visual cues than the gallery view. This includes:

o The ability to navigate into asset detail to see complete asset and task detail

o Complete tasks by asset or asset group when the bulk complete setting is turned on

o Allows for fast, simple, and accurate route completion from one screen

Support for attaching videos directly from the camera tool

- You can now take a video and have it attached directly from your device’s camera tool

Search for assets using the QR/NFC Scanner

- Anytime that there is an asset search dropdown within the Redlist application, you can now use the scanning tool to pull up a specific asset.
