What’s New:

Web Application

Introducing Dynamic Routes

- Dynamic Routes have now been added to our route setup tool. Dynamic routes pull in all the tasks that are associated to groups of equipment based on how you have set up your facility. Exciting features include:

o Tasks come onto your route based on their frequency and due date

o Tasks will now have compliance or availability windows that show the task on your dynamic route a set number of days prior to the due date

o Compliance/ Availability windows can be adjusted from the Frequency Table

o Eliminates the need to manage Work Orders for your dynamic route

o Compliance reporting is based on one-week cycles

o Additional options on refining your dynamic routes coming soon!

New Tab for Work Order Summaries on Timers

- For customers that use Work Orders to manager time on tasks, you can now see a total of all the timers for the tasks in a new tab in the Work Order view.

General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.

Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)

ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.

Additional Sequencing Functionality for the Gallery View in Route Completion

o Long pressing on a tile in gallery view will enable sequencing between lines and within groups

o Dropping the item will save the new sequence

o Re-ordering in the hierarchy will reflect in the left-hand navigation

You can now manage your Asset Templates from the Asset Template list

There has been significant refinement in how the iOS app is saving and recalling files which should increase device performance
