Web Application
Asset Tracking Enhancements
o More control over the customize quote layout
Quote the line item individually- This is the default setting. When this is selected then line items will be quoted individually
Calculate based on Occurrence and Qty/ Unit of Measure- This will allow you to default all line items to one and manually edit them.
o Quote by Phase - Name each phase in a project and quote by those phases.
Phases can contain additional details on the phase and collections can be locked to a phase.
o Updated Calendar UI- Shows If and when an asset is checked out to a job
o Ability to check an asset on/off a job
o New Quote settings will also impact the Quote PDF
General performance and security enhancements as well as bug fixes.
Mobile Applications (iOS / Android)
ALERT: Supported OS version for Apple devices is being updated to iOS 16. Apple users will begin to see performance and function degradation if they do not update their device. Redlist will officially sunset earlier versions in September of 2024.
Enhancements to Asset Hierarchy
o Show an indicator if an asset is connected to a QR/ Bar code in the asset list
New Work Order Details Page
o Details for a work order now show in a new work mobile work order details screen.
o You can add a timer or complete a work order from the details screen.
o Users who can edit work orders can access the edit work order screen from WO Details.
o Quick access added to Parts, Communications Hub, Documentation and Tasks
