These are the enhancements made on the Notifications functionality in Forms and in creating or completing Tasks.

The Notification functionality has been updated in Redlist Forms and Tasks.

To access push notifications on web app, click on the bell icon at the upper right corner of the page:

On Forms

1) To access and set the push notifications for "Forms", click on "Manage, then "Builder" and select the the form to be updated:

2) Edit the question and select "Notification" from the information menu. Answer the first question with "When"

3) Specific roles can be selected to receive a notification for each form submission. The frequency of the notification can also be set:

4) Two options are made available; notification through email or text:

5) All notifications will be recorded in the Notification Center:

On Tasks

1) A feature on Tasks has been added that will enable the task originators to receive notifications once it has been resolved either through email, SMS, or push notifications.

2) This can be accessed and updated by accessing the "Settings", then "Maintenance Tasks".

3) Click on the "Modal" tab, and select the preferred notification settings:

4) One or any combination of these three options may be selected. All notifications sent through the Redlist App will be available in the notification center for each user.
