The Dynamic Route option utilizes the task frequencies to determine when each task will be added to the route. This allows flexibility as tasks are scheduled based on their specific frequency, resulting in a more adaptive and customized maintenance approach.

Here are some of the basic information about this new feature:

1) Find this option when you access the "Lubrication Routes" tool and proceed into creating a Work Order Template:

2) An Asset Group has to be selected and three options for the tasks is also made available. Custom Fields can also be set:

3) Click on "Create" and the page will be redirected to the Work Order Template. The tasks, along with the other asset details are now made available in the newly created work order template.

4) Task Frequencies is a new tab wherein the frequencies for component types can now be updated.

When updating details of a component task, a dropdown selection will be used instead of an input field.

5) Compliance Window field has also been added. The compliance requirement will show up on the specified number of days that was set before of the identified frequency days. For example, compliance will show up on your route 10 days (Compliance Window) before the 30 day mark (Frequency Days).
