How Do I Manage My Assets Through the Gallery or Card View?
Redlist gives users the ability to manage their assets through a more visual view. This Gallery or Card view is accessed through the Assets Menu and allows you to view and manage assets, components, and tasks while viewing the pictures associated with the assets and components. Additionally, a new side panel functionality allows you to stay in context as you add and edit components.
Step 1: Click on "Assets"
Step 2: Search for and choose an Asset
Step 3: Click on "Components"
From the "Components" tab, you can select the carrot on the upper right part of the screen or click "Add Component." The left slider will come out and give you additional options down the left hand side of the slider including General, Component Templates, Add/ Edit Sections, Asset Templates, and Add Task. For templates you use frequently, you can favorite them in Component and Asset Templates. This moves those templates to the top of the list.
Step 4: Add Components and Tasks
Use the asset and component templates to quick add components and task to an asset. Make adjustments and hit Save/ Create. Your gallery view will update upon save.
