How can I tell if an Asset or Group has been linked to a QR Code or NFC and if it has been Audited?
Redlist gives users the ability to view if assets and groups have been attached to a QR Code/ NFC and if they have marked the asset as audited. Users can use the audited status to match their internal policies. Redlist uses it when onboarding a customer to indicate the the Components and Tasks for an asset have been documented and reviewed.
Step 1: Click on "Assets"
Assets and Groups that have been linked to a QR Code/ NFC Tag will have a Green QR code appear on the right side of their card. If they are not linked, no icon will appear. If the asset is marked as audited, then a green check mark will appear to the left of the QR code icon.
