How Can I Indicate a List of Assets I Plan to Work on to Communicate With Operations?
Redlist gives users the ability to create custom lists of assets by status and filter by status.
Step 1: Manage Your Asset Status in the "Edit Board" View
In Maintenance> Team Boards> Click Column Options
Create Custom column names or edit the existing names. Attach new column names to a status.
Step 2: On Mobile: Go to your Asset List
Step 3: Click on "Edit Asset"
Edit your asset status to any of your Column Names and hit Save. This will set the asset status.
Step 4: Filter the Asset List by Status to Create Your Planned Asset List.
