Total claims

  • The total number of shipments for claims.

Protected orders

  • The total number of orders that purchased package protection.

Total online orders

  • The total number of orders created through the online sales channel, including any cancelled or deleted orders.

Adoption rate

  • The total number of orders with package protection from the total number of orders

Adoption rate = # of orders with package protection / total online orders

Note: Total online orders and adoption rate use orders that are made through the online sales channel only.
