0:00 Hey team, this is Harrison and I'm gonna be walking through the automation setting of the Merchant dashboard within the redo settings here To access it you would go to settings and automations right here.

0:15 We will see return processing events claim processing events And a few other settings, so we'll walk through these The processing events are when the redo system will automatically create or process a process a return So you can set it as none meaning that you will manually process it when the return

0:37 is created, so when the customer goes through the portal, that's when we'll process it We can get the shipment in transit when a customer scans the item into the carrier or shipment delivered.

0:45 When it's delivered back to you, that's when we'll automatically process it. If you select return created, shipment in transit, or shipment delivered, you have the option to add a specific day delay.

0:57 This is a day delay, not a business day delay. And the same settings apply to claim processing there. You can also choose to restock items for choosing not to restock, restock all on damaged items, or just all items in general.

1:13 For the label expiration, this is the uh day amount after your return policy window if a customer submits a payment.

1:21 Within that window, you have an additional 28 days to submit that return. You can change it to be lower or to be a maximum of 28.

1:32 You can choose to select reminder emails and a specific day that you would like those reminder emails. So, for example, let's do day 1, day 4, day 7, and you can add up all up until 28 if 28 days is selected here.

1:51 And then the label expiration emails is the day that the label expires. We'll send them an email, the customer an email, saying that the label is expired and that's it. 2:01 That's where you do that. Here, this is the setting where you will, Shopify settings, where you will choose when Redo will fulfill.

2:10 So, partial means it'll fulfill after the other items in the order are fulfilled. Immediate is as soon as the order is placed, Redo will will fulfill, the redo product will fulfill.

2:21 Or none, meaning the Redo product won't fulfill and you'll have to manually fulfill the Redo product. Let me know if you have any other questions.

2:30 And again, this is the automations settings within the merchant dashboard in Redo.
