1. Creating an "All Products" Collection:
Login to Shopify.
Navigate to Products > Collections.
Click on "Create collection" in the upper right corner.
Choose "Automated" under Collection type.
Name the collection "All store products".
Set conditions to match all products.
Add rules to exclude Redo:
Product vendor is not equal to re:do.
Product type is not equal to Exchange and Return Credit.
Save the collection.
Note: This ensures Redo is excluded from the collection. New products will be automatically added, so no further maintenance is required.
2. Creating Discounts:
When creating discounts, ensure the conditions to exclude Redo are applied.
Under "Applies to", choose specific collections.
Add the desired collections for the coupon.
Configure the rest of the discount settings and save.
3. Modifying Existing Collections:
Go to Products > Collections.
For each collection:
Select the collection name.
Check the products list to ensure Redo is not included.
If Redo is found, remove or adjust the collection rules.
4. Removing the Amount Off Order Discount:
Create a collection in Shopify excluding the Redo product and name it "All Products".
Apply the discount to this collection by creating an "Amount off Products" Discount.
Under "Applies to", type in "All Products" and select the collection.
This ensures all products except Redo receive the discount.
