How can I hide the Redo product from showing up in the “All Products” section on my website?

Since Shopify operates as a “closed-cart” system, it forces Redo to show as a product within your store.

To hide Redo from showing up as a purchasable product, please complete the following instructions:

1. In Shopify, navigate to “Products” and then “Collections”. We will create a new Collection that excludes the Redo product.

2. Name the new Collection and set up a condition to exclude Redo. In this example, the new Collection will display all items with a Product Title that is “not equal” to “Free Return for Store Credit or Exchanges for $1.98 via re:do”. Save the new collection.

Note: the Redo product may have a slightly different name in your store

3. Go to the “Online Store” sale channel and enter the “Navigation” setting. Here we will select and edit our menu options.

4. Edit a menu and change the Collection reference.

5. Add the new Collection reference and save changes.
