Connect Redo with Gorgias

Find Redo in the Gorgias app store and press connect, this will bring you to a login screen on Redo's site. Select your store and login.

After logging in you will be directed to a Redo x Gorgias connection page.
Press Continue

This will direct you back to Gorgias to finalize the authorization

After authorizing you will be redirected to Redo. Redo will then set up the integration into your store in Gorgias.

Load Redo's return data into Gorgias

Redo will automatically load any returns that a customer has made over the previous 2 months any time that a ticket is created or updated. The customer's returns will then be displayed alongside the ticket with convenient links to Redo for quick processing.

All set! Return data will now automatically be loaded into your tickets!
