0:00 Today we're going to be going over the shipping tab within the Merchant Redo Dashboard. Here in locations, we have the option to select multiple locations and add new locations.
0:13 Each of these locations can have different shipping addresses as you see. Here we can also add specific conditions like customer country or collections or have a standard one that if it isn't with a specific collection or a specific country, it'll go to a main address.
0:31 You also can add new addresses. This is where you can do select the types, returns, or claims and select all these different options like damage products go to a specific location or price of products with a specific location.
0:45 SK SKios go to a different location. You can do original shipping location or fixed location and add a location within Shopify that you have.
1:00 within this. We have the option to include packing sets or exclude packing sets with that toggle. Also, if a customer is offered for a refund or an exchange, you have the option to deduct the label from the refund.
1:17 The cost of the label from the refund or deduct it from the cost of store credit. Those are poggles that you can select on and off.
1:26 We also have custom packing instructions. You can use this default packing instruction. Which is a toggle on. Use these if you don't want to use the default instructions.
1:39 Toggle it off and then add whatever you would like there. That is the shipping settings within the merchant.
