What does it do?
When a return is created in Redo, Redo tells Flexport that a return is in progress.
When an item gets back to the warehouse, the Flexport fulfillment team will update the status of the return.
If it’s marked as completed, Flexport tells Redo to process the return for any items that were approved/complete in Flexport. Redo also shows the Flexport return ID in the comments in Redo.
If an item is not approved in Flexport then the return will be flagged in Redo for manual processing.
