Navigate to Redo Settings -> Channels -> Chat website chat widget -> Click Add and then copy code

Navigate to Shopify Admin Store -> Online Store -> Themes -> Customize -> 3 dots in top left of the page to edit code

Navigate to theme.liquid -> paste the saved Redo code right above </body> -> Save

Note: Saving will make the webchat immediately live
