If your ReelUp videos aren’t appearing on your Shopify store, don’t worry—it’s usually a quick fix. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Reel Status
Make sure the reel is marked as “Published” in your ReelUp Library. Only published reels will be visible on the storefront.
2. Verify Display Settings
Ensure that your reels are set to display on your Live Theme under the correct display rules.
3. Confirm Theme Compatibility
Make sure your store is using a Shopify 2.0 theme. ReelUp is optimized for 2.0 themes.
If You’re Using a Custom or Older Theme:
You may need to manually add the ReelUp embed code to your theme for the reels to display properly.
