1. Check the Username (For Instagram or TikTok Imports)
Make sure the username is correct when importing reels from Instagram or TikTok. Even a small typo can cause the fetch to fail.
2. Instagram Account Settings
If you're importing from Instagram, ensure the account:
Is public.
Does not have age restrictions enabled (Reels from age-restricted accounts may not be accessible).
3. Manual Upload from Device
If you're uploading directly from your device:
Maintain the 9:16 aspect ratio for best display and user experience
Ensure the file size is under 50 MB.
You can upload a maximum of 5 videos at once.
