Welcome to Team Reeplayer! We're happy to have you here and excited to get your camera in your hands.

With Reeplayer, you're getting more than a camera, you're getting:

Here's exactly what happens from the moment you place your order to when your camera arrives at your door.

  1. Order confirmation

    You should have received an email confirmation with your invoice number.

    If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder and make sure the email you entered at checkout was correct.

    If anything looks wrong, contact us right away so we can fix it before shipment.

  2. We prepare your camera and accessories
    Your camera is assembled and tested right here in the USA. We confirm that your camera is updated with the latest software and hardware, run extensive quality testing, and prepare your shipments.

  3. Shipment

    Your camera and accessories ship separately. If you ordered a tripod and tilt head mount, you'll likely receive those first. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your gear is on the way.

  4. Setup

    Once your camera arrives, you'll see your camera in your app and can start testing it out right away. Most customers are recording within minutes!

    We recommend you charge your battery to full once your camera arrives.
