Why can’t I access my camera?

If your camera subscription has expired, the camera will be deactivated until the subscription is renewed. This means you won’t be able to use the camera as usual until the subscription is active again.

If you own the camera

You can renew the subscription directly in the app.

  • Open the camera from your camera list.

  • Follow the renewal steps.

  • Complete checkout.

After renewal, the camera should return to its normal active state.

If you’ve renewed and the camera still isn’t available, contact support and we’ll help.

If you’re an admin on the camera

If you manage a camera but don’t own it, you won’t be able to renew the subscription yourself.

In that case:

  • Reach out to the camera owner and ask them to renew it.

  • Contact support if you need help identifying the owner or if ownership needs to change.

How to tell the subscription expired

You may see that:

  • The camera appears as expired or deactivated in your camera list.

  • Opening the camera takes you to a renewal flow instead of the usual camera screen.
