How is Reeplayer different from other youth sports cameras?

What sets Reeplayer apart: you own the camera, it is purpose-built and hand-built in Pittsburgh, it films only your field, and livestreaming and sharing are free.

Written by Team Reeplayer

Reeplayer is built for one job: filming a youth sports game on its own and getting it to the people who could not be there. Three things set it apart. You own the camera. We designed and built the camera ourselves rather than adapting someone else's. And the parts families care about most, livestreaming, sharing and watching, are free.

You own your camera

When you buy a Reeplayer, the camera is yours to keep. The subscription covers the service around it: the connectivity, the processing, the app, and hosting your games. If you ever stop using it, we run a buyback program rather than asking for the camera back. The details are in camera ownership and damage policy.

The camera is built from the ground up

We built the camera ourselves instead of packaging someone else's hardware. Every unit is hand-built by veterans in Pittsburgh, it is heat and water-resistant for real sidelines, and because we control the firmware, improvements keep landing on the camera you already own.

It films your game, not the field next door

You select your field when you set up, and the camera films that game only. At a busy complex with games running side by side, it stays on yours.

Livestreaming is included

Every Reeplayer ships with the SIM card and data plan it needs to stream, so there is nothing extra to buy and no credits to top up. Livestreaming is free, it has been free for over a year, and we intend to keep it that way. Every stream plays on your team's own fan page on the web, and it is free to share and free to watch.

The app does more than play the game back

You can bookmark moments while the game is happening, cut clips and highlight reels afterwards, download full games, and share any of it with family in a couple of taps.

Which sports it covers

Soccer is our flagship sport. Basketball, volleyball, flag football and hockey are in beta, which means you can turn them on and use them today while we keep building them alongside the teams using them. More sports are coming, and we want to hear which one you want next. See which sports Reeplayer supports.

Still deciding? You can book a demo call from our website and talk it through with the team, or email support@reeplayer.com with your questions.
