Feature Objective
The AI qualification feature automatically provides contextual insights about a prospect's company at the exact moment you are on a call.
In practice: as soon as a prospect picks up the call, you instantly see a concise summary to help guide your conversation.
Why use AI qualification?
In cold calling, you typically face two constraints:
you don’t always know who is picking up (parallel dialing)
you have very limited time to prepare context
AI qualification addresses these challenges by:
delivering real-time context
improving your relevance in the first seconds
increasing your meaningful conversations and meeting rates
Where to find the feature
Go to the Dialer
Click on Call Settings (top right)
Scroll to the bottom of the panel
Locate the field: Company Intelligence Guidance
How to set up AI qualification
The feature relies on a custom prompt (max. 1200 characters) that you define.
This prompt tells the AI what kind of insights to generate for each company.
Recommended prompt example
Explain the company’s business in 2–3 sentences.
Describe its main activity and target customers.
Outline its positioning (market, offering).
Mention whether it has raised funds recently.
Indicate its approximate size and maturity level.
Add any relevant insight to help contextualize a sales call.
Best practices
keep it short and structured
ask specific, actionable questions
focus on call-relevant insights
avoid overly broad or vague instructions
How it works during a call
Once your prompt is configured:
You start calling through the Dialer
When a prospect picks up
Their Lead Battlecard opens automatically
The “Intelligence” section (top of the card) displays
→ the AI-generated answer based on your prompt
Typical use cases
SDRs using parallel dialing (3 to 5 simultaneous calls)
Prospecting on large or unfamiliar lead lists
Fast qualification before booking meetings
Adapting messaging based on company profile
Summary
AI qualification gives you instant, actionable context during calls—based entirely on what you choose to surface—so you can adapt faster and operate with higher precision from the first seconds of the conversation.
