Invite emails are important when it comes to bringing in referral sales to your store. It's highly recommend that you enable and immediately send this email to your customers. The longer you wait to send the invite email, the less likely that your customers are able to refer their friends.
Invite emails are sent after your customer becomes enrolled in your campaign based on the target audience you set. Enrollment can be through purchase, from signups, or via invite. Learn more

Invite emails FAQ
Can I remove the social media sharing options from the invite email?
Can I remove the social media sharing options from the invite email?
The social media icons at the bottom of the invite email allow your advocates and affiliates to share their unique referral link on their social accounts. Removing these is discouraged as it limits the channels where your customers can share and promote your campaign and brand.
As a merchant, you're not required to have an account on the social media platforms included in the referral email to run your campaigns with ReferralCandy. If you still wish to remove the social media icons from the invite email sent to your customers, contact us.
