How Do I Add Team Members? (Merchants)

Add users to your Refersion account

If you are the admin — the main account holder of your Refersion merchant account — then you will be able to add team members to help you divide and conquer. Only the primary admin has the ability to add or remove users for security and proper management. Here's how:

  1. Click Add New

  2. Type your teammate’s Name and Email.

  3. Click Create.

Your teammate will receive an email invitation to create an account and set their password.

Note: The invitation expires after 24 hours. If your teammate does not click the link in their email before it expires, then you'll just need to delete their invitation and send them a new one. Related Topics:

  • Managing User Permissions in Refersion For Non-Admin Users: If you are not the admin of the Refersion account, you will not be able to add team members yourself. Please contact your account admin for assistance with adding new users or modifying team member permissions. Common Issues:

  • No Access to Admin Credentials: If you do not have admin credentials or access to the admin email, you will not be able to modify user permissions yourself.

  • Admin Not Available: If the admin is unavailable, ensure you have their written authorization or access delegation to avoid blocking team changes.
