Updating Your Shipping Address
How to Update — Update your shipping address directly in your patient portal: log in at login.refills.com/account/billing → look for the edit icon next to your address or click "Add new." No need to contact us.
When to Update — Update as soon as possible if you're moving or at a temporary address, especially if on a multi-month or quarterly plan.
Address Changes After Shipping — Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. New addresses apply to future orders only.

→ What if my ID address is different from my shipping address?
That's fine. We only require a valid ID for verification purposes.
→ Can I change my delivery address if my order has already shipped?
No. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. New addresses apply to future orders.
→ What if my package is refused at a hotel or temporary address?
Contact us immediately. We'll coordinate with the carrier where possible, but rerouting isn't always possible once a package is in transit.
