Start or Resume Your Intake — Go to the 'Treatments' section. Answer every question thoroughly and upload requested documents or labs.
Update Billing and Shipping — Confirm details in the 'Account' section.
A licensed provider will review your information, typically within a few business days. Updates and next steps appear in your 'Treatments' section.

Understanding Your Refills and Shipments
Shipment Timing — Most orders process and ship within 48–72 business hours after prescription approval. You'll receive tracking by email.
Checking Status — Check shipment status anytime at https://login.refills.com/treatments
Subscription Plans — You'll receive a reminder email before each charge. Payment processes when your prescription is prepared for shipment.
Adjusting Your Refill Schedule
You can manage your refill schedule directly from your patient portal — no need to contact us:
Delay your next shipment — Log in at login.refills.com → click "Manage next shipment" from your home screen → select "Delay until a specified date" and enter your preferred date. This will push both your shipment and charge out.
Early Refill / Need more medication — Log in at login.refills.com/treatments/treatment-details → go to the Plan tab → select "Need more medication?" to place an order ahead of schedule.
Advance Orders for Travel — Use the early refill option above, or contact us and we'll do our best to process early.
Modifying Your Prescription
Dose Adjustments — Message your provider directly through your portal at login.refills.com → click "Get help" or go to the Plan tab and select "Questions or Concerns? — Talk to your provider." They'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Compounded vs. Branded — We offer both branded GLP-1 options (like Zepbound) and compounded treatments. Compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA. Rx required. Availability of compounded medications is subject to current regulatory status and may vary. Our providers will confirm which options are available to you during your consultation.
Cancellations and Returns
Order Cancellation — Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Returns and Refunds — Due to safety regulations for prescription medications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have already shipped or been processed by the pharmacy.

→ How long does it take to receive my medication?
Most people complete intake and consultation within a few days. If prescribed, medications ship from partner pharmacies and timing varies by location. Track status in your Member Portal.
→ Can I get a 2-month supply for travel?
Yes. Log in at login.refills.com/treatments/treatment-details → Plan tab → "Need more medication?" to place an early order. Or contact us and we'll help.
→ What if I have too much medication?
You can delay your next shipment directly in your portal: log in at login.refills.com → click "Manage next shipment" → select "Delay until a specified date."
→ What if I purchased a multi-month supply but only received part of it?
Some multi-month plans ship in installments to ensure medication safety and potency. Check your Member Portal or contact us for shipment dates.
→ Can I pause my plan?
Yes — directly from your portal. Log in at login.refills.com/treatments/treatment-details → scroll to the Plan tab → select "Take a break." When you're ready to resume, your next order will process from there.
