Accessing Your Account

The quickest way to access your account is the magic link — no password needed.

  1. Enter your registered email address

  2. Click the secure link sent to your inbox

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page

  2. A reset link will be sent to your registered email

  3. Click the link and follow steps to create a new password

Troubleshooting

  • No email received — check spam/junk, then try requesting again. If it persists, contact support.

  • Invalid link — it may have expired. Request a new one.

  • Try resetting from your mobile phone if desktop links aren't arriving.

Updating Your Account Information

  1. Log in via magic link or password

  2. Navigate to 'Manage Account' or 'Account Information'

  3. Update email, phone number, name, or other personal information

Contact support with your full legal name and the correct email you wish to use.

→ Can I delete my account?

Yes. Log in, go to 'Manage Account', select the 'PHI' tab, and click 'Data Deletion' to submit your request.

Check all folders (spam, junk, promotions, social). If you've tried multiple times with no result, contact support — they may need to verify your account details or investigate delivery blocks.
