How to pause, restart, change, or cancel your subscription, and important notes on orders and charges.

Pausing or Restarting Your Subscription

You can pause or restart your subscription directly from your patient portal — no need to contact us.

  • To pause — Log in at login.refills.com/treatments → scroll to the Plan tab → select "Take a break." This pauses future shipments and charges without canceling your membership.

  • To restart — Log in at login.refills.com/treatments → Plan tab → resume your subscription from there. Pricing at the time of restart will apply — contact grace@refills.com about any available promotions.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

To switch to a longer-term plan (e.g., monthly to 3-month), you'll need to sign up for the new plan separately. To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your current plan before your next billing date.

  1. Log in and cancel your current plan

  2. Sign up for the new 3-month or 6-month plan

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime directly from your patient portal:

  • Via portal — Log in at login.refills.com/treatments → scroll to the Plan tab → select "Cancel membership." If you'd like to take a break instead, the "Take a break" option lets you pause without fully canceling.

  • Via support — Contact us directly and we'll process the cancellation.

Once canceled, no future orders will be processed and you won't be charged going forward. You'll receive confirmation.

Important Notes on Orders and Charges

  • Orders in Fulfillment — If your order has already been processed and is scheduled to ship, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds — Refunds for canceled orders that haven't shipped typically reflect within 3–5 business days.

  • Auto-Renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew. Manage preferences in your portal to ensure you receive medication only when you're ready.

Once an order has been processed and sent to our pharmacy for fulfillment, we are unable to issue a refund. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact our team — we'll do our best to find a resolution. See our full refund policy in Article 15.

→ How do I unsubscribe from mailing lists?

Click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email. If you have trouble, support can guide you.

→ What if I was charged for an order I didn't want?

Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel and initiate a refund. If already shipped, we'll stop future orders and cancel your subscription.

→ Can I change my dosage?

Reach out to your provider through the portal for dosage adjustments. For subscription management, contact support.
