Weight Loss Medications: Injectables and Formulations

Injectable Formats

  • Vial Injections — Our standard format for weight loss treatments, including tirzepatide.

  • Prefilled Pens — We do not currently offer prefilled pens (including Zepbound pens). Availability is limited and varies by pharmacy.

To explore switching formulations, message your provider through your secure patient portal.

Specific Medications and Dosages

  • Zepbound (Tirzepatide) — Available based on provider evaluation of individual patient needs. Consult your provider for the right dosage and formulation. Autoinjector pen availability varies.

  • Other GLP-1s — Various GLP-1 options for weight loss. Your licensed provider will evaluate your needs and determine a treatment plan.

Medications for Other Health Concerns

Refills also offers treatments for sexual health (sildenafil/Viagra, tadalafil/Cialis and generics) and daily wellness.

Anti-Nausea Medication Availability

Anti-nausea medications like Zofran (ondansetron) are not currently available through Refills. If you're experiencing nausea:

  • Message your provider directly through your Refills account

  • Consult your Primary Care Provider (PCP) — they can prescribe if deemed necessary

Compounded products are not approved nor evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.
