Applying Discounts and Promotions
Discount Codes
Enter codes in the 'Discount Code' or 'Promo Code' box on the final order summary page before payment confirmation.
Troubleshooting if a code isn't applying:
Ensure you're on the correct intake form for the promotion
Check for typos, extra spaces, or incorrect capitalization
Verify the code is still valid and applicable to your selected treatment
Some codes only apply to specific medications or plan types
Groupon Vouchers
Open your voucher in the Groupon app or print it
Complete the intake form for your purchased option (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide)
Fill out the medical questionnaire
Enter your voucher code in the 'Discount Code' box at checkout and click 'Apply'
Add shipping address and payment details for future renewals
If a voucher isn't working or the website froze during entry, contact support.
Price Adjustments
If you were charged a different amount than advertised, contact support with a screenshot. We'll process a partial refund for the difference.
