Provider Consultation — A licensed provider reviews your information and determines if treatment may be prescribed based on your individual health profile
Prescription & Delivery — Prescription sent to a licensed partner pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your door
Important Notes:
Even with an existing Tirzepatide prescription from another provider, you must complete our online intake. Our providers must issue a new prescription through our platform.
If currently on a GLP-1 medication, provide your medication name, current dose, and dosing schedule during intake. Upload a photo of your current prescription label or recent clinic note to help your provider match your established dose.
For a one-time fill (single vial) instead of a multi-month supply, message your provider through the portal after submitting intake.
Managing Your Treatment
Doctor Communication — Message your provider directly through your secure Member Portal
Dosing and Effectiveness — If not seeing desired results or concerned about side effects, message your doctor. They can review progress and adjust your plan.

→ Can I get Tirzepatide if I have a prescription from another doctor?
Yes, but you must still complete our online intake process.
→ Can I forward an existing prescription for Tirzepatide?
No. You must complete our online visit and our providers will issue a new prescription.

Yes. Request a one-time fill by messaging your provider through the secure portal after submitting intake.
→ What does 'Tirzepatide without additives' mean?
The medication is prepared without added vitamins such as B12, B6, or other additives. It is reconstituted with a neutral base.
→ Can I switch from Semaglutide to Tirzepatide?
Yes. Enroll in the Tirzepatide program separately, then notify us so we can assist with canceling your Semaglutide subscription.
→ Are there pill versions of Tirzepatide?
All Refills weight loss treatments are injectable. Pill versions are not currently offered.
