How Your Order is Processed
Once your consultation is complete and prescription approved, your order enters fulfillment:
Pharmacy Preparation — Prescription is sent to a U.S. pharmacy for verification, dosage review, and preparation
Processing and Dispatch — Typically takes 48–72 business hours. At this stage, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or placed on hold.
Shipping — Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email
Tracking Your Order
After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If tracking information isn't received within the expected timeframe, check your spam folder. If still missing, contact support.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Carrier delays or high order volumes can sometimes extend this.
What to Expect When Your Order is Delayed
Pharmacy Fulfillment Delays — Often due to higher order volumes, additional safety checks, or stock confirmations. Your order is being actively processed.
Communication — We'll notify you of significant delays. Contact support if you haven't received an update and are concerned.
Expedited Processing — In some cases, we can request expedited processing from the pharmacy. Mention your urgency when contacting support.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipping. If there's still no update after this period, contact support.

Your prescription is scheduled for delivery to your shipping address — not pickup at a local pharmacy. Check your order details and allow standard processing and shipping times.
→ Can I change my order or shipping address after it has been placed?
Once an order is in the queue for preparation and dispatch (within 48–72 business hours), it cannot be canceled, changed, or placed on hold.
→ My doctor prescribed a stepped dosing plan, but my order shipped with a bulk amount. What happened?
Contact support immediately. We'll work with the pharmacy and your provider to address this and ensure you receive the correct dosage plan.
