Getting Started: Your Online Application

To begin, complete an online visit form. This allows our licensed providers to understand your health needs and goals. You'll be asked about your medical history and any specific concerns.

What to Expect After Submitting

Once you submit your visit form and payment, a licensed provider reviews your information. This typically happens within a few hours but can take up to 1–2 business days during high volume periods.

During the Review

Our licensed, board-certified providers assess your submitted information to determine a treatment plan and dosage based on your individual health profile.

Communication with Your Provider

For clinical questions while your application is under review, message your provider directly through your secure patient portal — the most effective way to address concerns before your prescription is approved.

Required Information for Review

  • Valid ID — A copy of your government-issued identification

  • Full Body Photo or Selfie — A clear, recent photo of yourself

Submit documents by replying to our emails or uploading directly through your patient portal.

Approval and Prescription

Once approved, you'll be notified through your portal. Your prescription will then be sent to our partner pharmacy for processing and shipment.

Important: After your prescription is approved and moves into fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Geographic Requirements

Refills currently offers services exclusively within the United States. You must have a U.S.-based address and U.S. phone number. We cannot activate accounts or provide medications to residents outside the U.S.

Compounded products are not approved nor evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.
