How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime through your patient portal dashboard under "Orders."
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact support immediately with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Please report any issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact support immediately to update your address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. You'll need to wait for delivery or contact the carrier directly.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
We ship to most U.S. addresses including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Some medications may have shipping restrictions. Contact support if you're unsure about delivery to your address.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Most carriers will leave the package at your door or in a secure location. If a signature is required, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but we process orders as quickly as possible. If you need your medication by a certain date, place your order early and contact support to flag it as time-sensitive.
