GROUPON REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Step-by-step guide to redeeming your Refills Health Groupon voucher for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Complete your intake form, apply your voucher code, and get your prescription reviewed—usually within about 12 hours.

  1. Open your voucher in the Groupon app (or print it) and have your code handy

  2. Start the intake form that matches what you bought —

  3. Complete the medical questionnaire. This is what our providers use to confirm you're a fit.

  4. In the Discount Code box, enter your Groupon voucher code and click Apply. Your total should update to reflect the voucher.

  5. Add your shipping address and a payment method. Heads up: this is a subscription. After your Groupon term ends, it renews automatically at $169 for semaglutide and $201 for Tirzepatide unless you cancel — and you can cancel anytime in app.refills.com.

  6. Submit. You'll get a confirmation right away, and if a provider approves your intake, your prescription is typically issued within about 12 hours.
