Launching EFgo™

Open a web browser and type in admin.reflectionsciences.com or scan this QR code.

Logging in

Sign in using the email address that you use with your organization/district. If that email address is set up with one of the login options from the list, for example, a Google account, you can choose “Sign in with Google”, otherwise you will need to set your password for the first time by selecting the “Don’t remember your password?” link on the bottom of the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you are having issues logging in, contact us at support@reflectionsciences.com with questions.

Adding a Student

After you sign in, you should see a dashboard for your classroom. To add a student, select the “Children” tab, then select the “Add Child” button in the upper right corner. Enter the information for one or more children and press “Save”.

Launching the Assessment

After you have added a student, they will appear in the Children tab. To launch an assessment, press the assess button (box with a duck) in the row of the student you would like to assess. You have the option of launching on this device or you can generate a QR code/link to assess on another device.

Administering the Assessment

Once you launch the assessment, you can change the language for that child from the menu in the upper right corner. To start the assessment, the child selects their favorite avatar and presses “Start”. From there, you need to ensure they stay focused and listen to the prompts, but do not provide any assistance or feedback during the assessment.

Viewing Results

After the assessment is complete, click on the child who completed their assessment to view the results. The results will be displayed as a national percentile ranking.

For additional help and more detailed documentation, click on the chat button on the bottom right of the screen or contact us at support@reflectionsciences.com.
