Nope! You do not need to grant us access to your account. Simply download the reports from Seller Central, upload them to Refund Pad and we'll let you know what items may qualify for a reimbursement. 

Granting access to your account and allowing a service to automatically submit cases on your behalf is against Amazon's terms of service. Stay 100% compliant by using Refund Pad!
