What registration link is sent to pre-event subscribers when my page opens?
RegFox sends pre-event subscribers a link to your main published registration page. This email always directs subscribers to the primary registration page URL.

I published my page, but I’m not ready for customers to access or purchase registrations yet. What are my options?
I published my page, but I’m not ready for customers to access or purchase registrations yet. What are my options?
You have several options if you published your page and want to make sure that customers don't view or purchase registrations.
Set a Registration Open Date: This option works well if you want your page link to be live and published, but you want to prevent anyone from registering until a future date and time. When enabled, registrants cannot access the page until the date you specify. Note: While using this option, you also cannot register through the live registration page.
Password Protect Your Page: This option works well if you want to allow select individuals to access and register for your event while preventing the general public from accessing the page. When enabled, visitors must enter the password before they can access the page or register
Pro Tip: RegFox does not market or publicly promote your event page. This helps protect the privacy of your event data. If your page is published but you haven’t shared the link, it’s very unlikely that someone will discover your event page on their own.
We primarily recommend these options for large events with registrants actively searching for event pages, or for events you plan to publicly promote and share.
