Configuring the Learner Progress Bar: Two Options
In the Interface Configuration, where it appears as a footer within the learning experience.
As a page builder element, allowing it to be placed within the wireframe or displayed in the top navigation for easy reference by the learner.
Interface Configuration:
In the Configure Panel, select Footer to access the footer settings for the learning experience.
Toggle the Display Footer on or off:
Here are some different Configuration Settings:
Show states in the current round: Displays dots indicating the number of states in the learner's current round.
Show branching Icon: If the current state includes branching logic that targets anything other than the next state, a branching icon with a tooltip will be shown to the learner. (This feature works only when 'States in the Current Round' is enabled.)
Show completed round checkmark: When enabled, completed round dots will be marked with a green checkmark.
Show numerical progress: When enabled, it displays the number of completed states out of the total states for the current round.
Match project theme settings: When enabled, the Primary, Divider, and Success colors from your theme will be applied.
Custom Round Labels: Modify default titles that appear within the wireframe.
Display Round Labels: Option to show or hide round labels.
Names of Round Labels: Option to modify the titles as they will appear to the learner.
PageBuilder Configuration
Add a Pagebuilder to a state within the wireflow or to the top navigation interface, depending on where you want the Learner Progress Navigation to appear.
Click on Add Item
Click the Data tab and select Learner Progress.
Once you’ve added Learner Progress to your Pagebuilder, you can edit and configure it in the same way as you would via the Interface footer (see Configuration Settings in the section above).
FAQ's
Are existing projects affected by the new Learner Progress Bar?
No, existing projects will remain mostly unchanged. If your project already has a Learner Progress footer, it will appear as it does now. However, if you want to take advantage of the new features, you can update your settings in the configuration panel.
