Overview

Quick Links:

When you first enter the reports tab you will see a report selector with a list of available reports on the left side of the screen.

Note: Certain reports will only be visible when certain conditions are met (e.g. the journal entries report will only appear if the file has active journal entries).

View Reports

To view a report simply click on the name of the report you wish to view. In a few moments the report will be visible in the report viewer.

Once a report has been rendered you can Export it using the buttons at the top of the report viewer.

You can turn the date printed timestamp on or off using the Display Timestamp checkbox below the report selector.

You can adjust the font size by using the font size selector above the report viewer.

Some reports have additional options, such as showing or hiding specific columns. Any additional options will appear above the report viewer.

Export Reports

Use the Export to Excel or Export to PDF buttons located at the top of the report viewer to export a single report into your desired format.

You may also use the Save Active Reports or Export Active Reports button located below the report selector to save or export all active reports.

Save Active Reports will save a PDF copy of all active reports to the Documents tab of the current file.

Export Active Reports will export a PDF copy of all active reports for the current file.
