Can I change my order after payment is made?

Our systems and employees who pick your order are very fast. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to change your order afterwards. If you have forgotten something or changed your mind, you can submit a request via chat to cancel the order.

Once you have received confirmation of the cancellation from our customer service, you can place a new order.

You can also choose to place a separate order for the missing item.
