After you place your order, you will receive several updates by email. In the first e-mail you will find a link that allows you to track the status of your order. Here you can see exactly whether your order still needs to be packed, and other details.
Is the status of your order still at “processing”? Then our colleagues are actively preparing your order. As soon as the package is packed, you will receive an e-mail from the shipping service where you can track the whereabouts of your order. Remember to also check your spam folder if you don't see a message in your inbox. You'll receive a confirmation email from us with the invoice when your order is placed and another email once your package has shipped.
