We have no set criteria for choosing our Riders, as each of our Riders is unique in its own way.
Our Team is constantly looking for talent based on their content and whether their values match ours. The best advice we can give is to stay focused on your own path, and discover what makes you unique and how that uniqueness can inspire others to become better versions of themselves but most importantly, enjoy it when you do.
