  • Sold

  • Death

  • Preforeclosure

What property types can I select?

  • SFR

  • MFR

  • Condo

  • Mobile

  • Land

Am I able to purchase more data?

If you've gone beyond the limit and need more data, you can purchase additional data by request. The charges for exceeding the allotted limits will differ based on your plan:

  • Professional plan overage: $0.02 per record beyond 10,000 records

  • Business plan overage: $0.015 per record exceeding 25,000 records

This does not include additional space for uploading the data in REISift, additional upload space will be a separate charge at $5 per additional 10k new records with the Professional and Business Plans. Essentials plans users will need to upgrade to a higher plan or delete some data if they reach their limit of 25k records in REISift.

What if I've already reached my upload limit?

The amount of data we provide does not include an increasing your upload limits.

For Essentials Plan Users: If your total limit of 25k was reached, you'll need to upgrade to the Professional or Business plan to upload more data. Another option is to delete some data to make room for new records.

For Professional and Business Plan Users:

If you've reached your monthly limit, you can purchase additional space. It's $5 for an additional 10k new records. Only new property addresses count towards your upload limit. You'll see the option to purchase additional space on the last step of upload when you upload a file that exceeds your limit.

For more on upload limits please see: Upload Limits & How to Purchase Additional Space

I market to commercial properties, can I still submit a data request?

Absolutely! We can pull data for specific property types by request. If you are looking for a specific property type, for example, warehouses, mobile home parks, industrial parks, etc. include what you're looking for in the Notes section of the form, or message our support chat before submitting.

What's the difference between pre-foreclosure and foreclosure records?

With pre-foreclosures, the transfer of ownership due to foreclosure has not occurred yet. These would be properties where a Notice of Default or Lis Pendens were filed, but the foreclosure has not occurred yet.

Foreclosure records are any properties where the last transfer happened as a result of a foreclosure, this means the deed transfer has already occurred and the prior owner that was foreclosed on no longer owns it. These properties would be REO's or bank owned, Sheriff Deed, etc.

Are Death records the same as Probate?

Death doesn't necessarily mean that probate has already been filed. Death records are any records where at least one of the owners on the deed is deceased.

For Death Records, who's name is listed on the csv, the deceased or PR/heirs?

The name on the csv will be the name the county shows for the owner of the property.

When you request death records, there will be some columns for death transfer, inherited, and spousal death.

If spousal death, inherited, or death transfer are false, it's most likely the deceased owner's name. If spousal death is true, the name could be the name of the surviving spouse.

If inherited is true, it should be the name of the person that inherited the property as there would be an intrafamily transfer if inherited = true.

Please note:

The CSV file will be sent to the email address you've provided on the Data Request  form.

When you request data from us, the max you can receive at once is 50,000. But here's the catch - if you've already pulled, let's say, 25,000 records for a specific area, you can't ask for the second set of 25,000 from the same spot. To work around this, we suggest getting creative. Instead of asking for more records from the same county, try narrowing it down by focusing on zip codes or cities.

One more thing: the 50,000 limit we talk about is just for the data you're getting from us. It doesn't include any extra upload space for you to upload the records into REISift.

The availability of free data for your market area is a game-changer, offering you a competitive edge in your marketing campaign processes. No matter which subscription plan you have, our goal is to provide you with the records you need, when you need them. Embrace this opportunity to be first to market, and stay ahead of the curve with valuable, timely data.

So why wait? Submit a data request today and start marketing.
