Can I change how often Remento sends prompts?

This article explains how to have prompts sent out more often or on a specific day of the week.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Remento allows you to answer prompts anytime by logging into Remento and selecting to Record prompts from the Prompts Queue.

Some people are eager to move faster on their book and would like to get prompts sent more frequently. If you or your Storyteller would like to receive emails or text messages with prompts more than once a week, you can make this change in your Project Settings. By default, prompts are sent every Wednesday.

How to update when the Storyteller receives prompts: (Default schedule is every Wednesday)

  1. Login and visit your Project Settings

  2. Go to the Prompt Settings section

  3. Select the Edit prompt settings link

  4. Select the days of the week you would like to receive prompts and update the time you would like the prompt sent (pictured here).

Tip: To get a prompt every day, select all 7 days of the week. To get a prompt twice a week, select the two days that are best for you.

Why Can't I See the 'Send Now' Option? The 'Send Now' option is typically unavailable before a gift has been sent to the storyteller. Once the gift has been sent, this option will become available. If the option remains missing even after sending the gift, please contact support for assistance.
