Sign in to Remento
Navigate to Stories in your account dashboard
Select the story, the tap View all
Tap More options on any recording you wish to download
Choose "Re-record" from the menu
Tap Re-send prompt
What happens next: Remento will duplicate your original prompt and send you a fresh recording link via email, just like when you first received the prompt.
Record your new version
Check your email for the new recording prompt
Click the recording link and share your story again
Take your time - you can record as many takes as you need
Managing multiple versions of the same story
Both recordings will exist until you decide which one to keep. This gives you the chance to:
Review both versions side by side
Keep the version you prefer and delete the other
Update any photos or additional context as needed
Instead of re-recording, you can simply add more recordings to the story. For details, check out π How to Add More to a Story
π‘Pro tip: Re-record your story before deleting the original version. This ensures you don't lose the prompt and have to recreate it from scratch.
