How to get your e-book
New customers: Add during initial purchase
Select your storyteller and complete the main Remento setup
Review your cart before checkout
Look for the "Add E-book" option in the additional services section
Complete your purchase with both physical book credit and an e-book included
Existing customers
Option 1: Create an e-book with completed stories
Log in to your account on a computer and click "Order Books."
Design your book (cover, story selection, layout preferences)
Add an e-book on the Order Details page
Complete checkout and receive your PDF via email within 10 minutes
Option 2: Purchase e-book credit in advance
Access your account and go to the specific project you want to create an e-book for
Click "Project Settings" from your project dashboard
Scroll to the "Book Credits" section
Click the "Purchase e-book credit" link
Complete the purchase to add credit to your account
Use your credit anytime by following the design process in Option 1
No additional payment required when you're ready to generate your e-book

Sharing and reading your e-book
Remento e-books are delivered as PDF files. You can forward them via email to loved ones or upload the e-book to your e-reader. You can read them on:
Computers (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Smartphones and tablets (iOS, Android).
E-readers that support the PDF format.
Updating your e-book
Free updates while subscribed:
Log in to your account and tap "Order Books."
Edit your book (cover, story selection, layout preferences) as desired
Note: Please make sure to add any newly recorded stories manually by clicking the "+" buttonTick the "Generate an e-book" option on the Order Details page (No charge if you already purchased the e-book previously)

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a Remento e-book and a physical book?
The main differences are format (digital vs. print) and price. An e-book is an electronic copy of your book, and Remento's physical books are hardcover, color-printed books that are printed and shipped to our customers. E-books can be updated for free after purchase and downloaded as many times as you would like.
How long does it take to receive my e-book after purchase?
You should receive your e-book via email within a few minutes of completing your purchase.
Can Remento email my family member or friend an e-book?
No, Remento sends your e-book to the person who has a Remento account and is choosing to export and download the e-book. The file we send can then be sent to anyone via email.
Do I need to purchase an e-book for every person I want to give to?
No, you only need to purchase an e-book once for a project, then you, the Storyteller, and collaborators can all have access to create an e-book.
